    Abstract: This paper is a direct extension of Part I. The relationships important to turbulence amplifier characteristics but not amenable to direct analysis are empirically determined in this part. These include the output pressure-control flow characteristics, the influence of amplifier geometry on control performance, and data on the location of the free (uncontrolled) transition that always occurs in the main jet. With this information and the results of Part I of this paper, a design procedure is presented and confirmed by an example compared with measured data. The procedure is useful for the design of turbulence amplifiers operating with air as the working fluid.
