Publisher: The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
Abstract: The extended bond graph notion was developed to overcome significant limitations in the standard bond graph notation for modeling systems described by vector and tensor-valued quantities. A brief introduction to this extended notation is given including the definition of a set of primitive extended elements and a discussion of extended power and energy concepts.
