    Abstract: A steady-state model is developed for convective boiling and dryout in an eccentric annulus with line contact between the heated inner wall and the adiabatic outer wall. The geometry and heat transfer conditions resemble those in a PWR steam generator, except for the lower pressure. Good agreement is shown with experimental data reported elsewhere.
