Publisher: The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
Abstract: A fluid meter discharge coefficient is developed which is based solely on boundary layer parameters. It is applicable to both pipe and plenum inlet installations. Comparisons are made between predictions based on this new formulation and the results of various published experimental work.
