Abstract: Corrosion from flue gases has always been a problem, but the severity is being accelerated by the burning of ever-increasing amounts of fuel with the attendant increase in size of ducts and stacks. It is the purpose of this paper to describe what one Utility is doing to minimize these difficulties.
