Abstract: Use is made of the boundary-integral equation to obtain numerical comparison to a family of classical problems. The numerical procedure replaces the actual surface by flat segments and numerically calculates all unknown boundary data. The entirety of boundary data is queried for the internal stresses. Excellent agreement is found between numerical and exact results.
