Abstract: In order to maintain a proper standard of excellence in any company, a quality control program must be implemented. This program must be designed to ensure that adequate quality is being provided to the customer. A thorough inspection department is of utmost importance in establishing a proper quality control system where every step of the repair process is monitored and recorded. All documentation produced should be of the highest quality standards possible, which can be obtained through the use of Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD). It is the intent of this paper to demonstrate how CAD can be utilized throughout the quality control process in order to provide clear, accurate, and concise information for the customers as well as the company.
