Abstract: This paper presents an analysis for the in-plane bending behavior of smooth thin pipe bends connected to tangent pipes or rigid flanges under steady-state creep conditions. Creep flexibility factors obtained from this analysis are presented and compared with earlier results from existing theories with no end constraints. Applications to design are briefly discussed.
