Abstract: In this paper, we describe the design and simulation of multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) based stacked inductors, which provide high inductance and quality values that are suitable for next-generation rf products. We have designed novel stacked MWCNT-based embedded rf inductors on silicon and ceramic substrates.
