Abstract: Beginning in April 2008 there will be a change in the JEMT masthead. Dr. Hussein M. Zbib's name will appear as Editor, and my name will join those of the former editors. Dr. Zbib, who is currently Professor and Director of the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Washington State University, was an associate editor of JEMT from 1998 through 2003. He will bring valuable editorial experience as well as his technical expertise in mechanics and multiscale plasticity.
