Abstract: With this issue, I’m pleased to turn the editorship of the Journal over to Professor Kon-Well Wang of the Mechanical Engineering Department at The Pennsylvania State University. Kon-Well has served the Design Engineering Division of ASME with distinction, as an associate editor of JVA and in key positions on the Technical Committee for Vibration and Sound. I’m confident that the Journal will thrive under his dynamic leadership.
