description abstract | The 3500 Spark-Ignited Engine is a 170 mm bore by 190 mm stroke family including 8, 12, and 16-cylinder models rated at 54 bkW per cylinder. Initial production included low-emission versions of the 12 and 16 cylinder engines in 1986. This paper describes basic combustion and attachment developments that have broadened the product offering for improved performance in more varied fuel and high-temperature cogeneration applications. | |
