    Abstract: An improved model for predicting heat losses and pressure changes in steam injection wells is presented. The model incorporates a new two-phase, annular-mist flow pressure change model with heat transfer to the surroundings during wet steam injection. The model requires an iterative procedure which is solved numerically using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta method.
