Abstract

Management is the ability to direct, guide and motivate people to effectively perform and excel in their duties. Organizational-team cooperation is required to accomplish defined goals and objectives. However, style, character and conduct distinguishes a capable manager and defines organizational success. Management plays the primary role in promoting and fostering team building, unity of goal and vision, communication, hard work, and mutual respect.
