    Abstract: In this study, laboratory experiments were carried out to investigate the environmental behavior of three selected phenolic compounds [2, 4-Dichlorophenol (DCP), 2, 4-Dinitrophenol (DNP) and 2, 4-Dimethylphenol (DMP)] in the aquatic environment.
