    Abstract: A quasi-two-dimensional partition-diffusion transport model was developed to determine the diffusion coefficient and partition coefficient for various types of geomembranes from measurements of aqueous organic compound concentrations in a confined, double-compartment apparatus with a geomembrane separating the two compartments.
