description abstractDemand for engineers across all disciplines, especially mechanical engineering, is very high as U.S. industries look to ramp up what they hope is a post-pandemic economy. They also may enjoy more relaxed working conditions as employers adapt to over a year of remote operations. They might not have to go to the office or the jobsite, at least exclusively, because many employers are continuing remote work.
