Abstract: Partnering has become an important new method in the management of engineering projects. Especially in large-scale endeavors, the economies of time, resources, and costs are enhanced by cooperation, especially in large-scale endeavors. But partnering is a radical change from traditional practices and thus requires the mobilization of participating partners and their organizations. In a recent book we presented four systemic processes that make radical change possible and sustainable. These critical implementation activities can be described as methodologies that will strengthen the partnering process and create long-term organizational learning competencies in the industry.
