Abstract: We present a comparatively rare photograph of cirrus uncinus (mare's tail cirrus) fallstreaks with supercooledcumuliform generating heads. The image demonstrates regeneration of the clouds to account for the extended lifetime of both the generating cells and the ice crystal trails. The observations provide further support for prior hypotheses.
