Abstract: Previously, analysis of the Eulerian time correlation has been restricted to the limiting cases of very small turbulence level (G. I. Taylor's hypothesis) and very large turbulence level. In the atmosphere, the turbulence level is generally intermediate. The time correlation is obtained for the case of arbitrary turbulence level, and several applications to both small- and large-scale atmospheric turbulent fluctuations are considered.
