| description abstract | A statistical analysis of the performance of a vee cutout orienting device used in a vibratory bowl feeder is presented. The results of experimental tests are described and compared with the analysis. From the information thus obtained it is possible to design and build such a device without the need for trial and error procedures and to obtain 100 percent efficiency. | |
