Abstract: Site selection of corporate real estate (CRE) is a key consideration in optimizing an organization’s profitability and consequently ensuring its overall success. Thus, site selection for CRE requires a systematic decision-making process. This study aims to present a weighted evaluation method through utilizing a criteria scoring matrix and an analysis matrix for a systematic decision-making process in site selection for CRE in Saudi Arabia. This has been achieved through the identification of 38 factors categorized into seven criteria. The factors and criteria were derived from a thorough review of literature and interviews with industry professionals with relevant experience in the domain of CRE in Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire survey was developed and administered to derive weights and rankings for the identified factors. Furthermore, a case study for the selection of an office building out of four proposed alternative sites was presented and the optimum site was identified.
