Abstract: Most multinational construction service organizations believe that the future of the Russian Federation will provide significant business opportunities. Potential for construction services opportunities in the areas of industrial development, infrastructure construction, and environmental remediation is predicted to be the most promising. Construction service professionals, however, need to be prepared for the economic, financial, and project funding differences in the Russian Federation as compared with the practices in other business hemispheres.
