| description abstract | The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District started the Milwaukee Water Pollution Abatement Program in the summer of 1977. The program is in its tenth year with completion scheduled for 1992. Technical memorandums were developed for the Milwaukee program as guidelines for the various disciplines providing services.
