Publisher: The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
Abstract: A concept is presented wherein an elemental plan is comprised of seven distinct, but inseparable, dimensions. Various partial combinations of these dimensions are shown to connote familiar management terms. The process of constructing a multidimensional plan is described, including internal consistency checks and documented formats. Speculation on future planning needs concludes the paper.
