Abstract: We consider the steady-state parallel flow of a homogeneous viscous liquid in the annular region between concentric cylinders at low Reynolds numbers. The linearized equations are solved by expansions in terms of suitable eigenfunctions. The main features of the flow, including velocity profiles, are calculated numerically.
