The use of three-dimensional (3D) printing technology to prepare high-performance asphalt crack repair materials can ensure the effectiveness of road cracks and be a key technology for future intelligent transportation maintenance. Compared with traditional repair materials, although asphalt sealing material modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS)/crumb rubber (CR) composite has improved the high and low -temperature performance to a certain extent, it still has shortcomings in flexibility, antiaging performance, and durability. Thermoplastic vulcanized silicone rubber (TPSiV) has a stable silicone rubber structure, good weather resistance, high strength and elasticity of thermoplastic polyurethane. Using TPSiV as the primary modifier component, combined with other modifiers, a kind of sealing material was prepared. The high-temperature rheological properties of TPSiV/SBS/CR composite–modified asphalt were studied by dynamic shear rheological test, the low-temperature rheological properties were researched by bending beam rheometer, and the antiaging properties were studied by a rolling thin-film oven test, pressure aging and ultraviolet aging tests. Finally, the possibility of the material in 3D printing technology was studied, including the printing speed, printing temperature, printable layer height and nozzle diameter. The results showed that TPSiV composite–modified asphalt has good viscoelasticity, high and low-temperature performance, flexibility, antiaging performance, fatigue resistance and printability. The printing parameters have been recommended, with a printing temperature of 130°C, a printing speed of 300 mm/min, a layer height of 1mm, and a nozzle diameter of 1mm. However, the application of this 3D printing technology to the actual pavement crack repair needs further research.
