    Abstract
This study evaluates the fundamental properties (including workability, strength characteristics, and chloride resistance) and durability of mortar mixed with two or more functional materials, including copper powder, phytoncide, and zeolite. The results showed that when compared to the reference mix, the mortar flow value decreased slightly (depending on the mixed materials), and the mortar-compressive and flexural strength increased or was similar. Zeolite mixes showed an increase in electrical resistivity and chloride resistance. Zeolite, due to its water absorption reducing the effective water–cement ratio and pozzolanic reaction, is considered the functional material that most significantly influences the properties of mortar, leading to reduced workability, increased strength, and enhanced chloride resistance. Copper powder and phytoncide are determined to have no significant impact on the properties of mortar. The correlation coefficients for the compressive strength, electrical resistivity, and chloride resistance of the mortar were calculated with an average absolute value of 0.90, and the determination coefficient averaged 0.82. These results demonstrate a strong correlation with each other.
