description abstractIn order to analyze the difference resulting from measurement point offset in the course of deflection measurements, the effect of measurement point offset on the deflection results was discussed by using two general deflection measurements. A parameter named coefficient of measurement point offset were introduced, and a method of eliminating effect of deflection results were established. The result shows that the dominant effect caused by measurement point offset can be modified by the coefficient related to the offset and relative radius of elastic foundation slab. If the method is used into the disposal of original data, the results with load offset can be transfer to the results of standard load position through a simple operation. In this way, the method can be applied to a relative broad field, the measurement efficiency can be improved greatly.
