description abstract | According to the geologic characteristics of soft clay embankment in coastal road and based on in-site test of coastal road in Shenzhen, the deformation mechanism and settlement developing regularity road are discussed. The variable-weight combination forecasting model is proposed based on comparative analysis of various forecasting models and five growth models. After detailed study, a prediction model of settlement forecast and the data measured from in-site test shows a good agreement. Therefore the settlement forecast model of soft clay embankment in coastal road provided in this thesis may be adopted in engineering practice. | |
