description abstractThis paper presents a case study of a town-home community in Atlanta, and describes the development of an operations and maintenance (O&M) plan for the maintenance of the exterior building components of the superstructures, grounds, driveways, and landscape of the property. Included in this O&M plan is a current conditions assessment of the facility exterior maintenance and the financial budget associated with process improvements and the projected maintenance requirements.
