| description abstract | A method is presented for evaluating sway-added mass due to lateral translation of a shiplike Lewis-form cylinder in the presence of a vertical wall in shallow water. This is an extension of a previous paper on sway-added mass of a cylinder at zero frequency in a horizontally unbounded shallow water domain.
