description abstractA flow engine element is described which converts the oscillations of a flapwing, that is mounted on a crankshaft, into rotary energy. A self-starting twin model of this energy flux converter was built and tested in a moderate stream of air. Driving this device with a motor reverses it into an air blower of the hydropulser class.
