| description abstract | An approximate method is developed for locally nonsimilar laminar boundary layer flows. This method is applicable to several boundary layer velocity problems where the nonsimilarity stems from the freestream velocity distribution and the transverse curvature. The results are compared with those obtained by other methods and, except in the neighborhood of the point of separation, they are in good agreement. | |
