description abstractWe present an analysis of wave directional data from a site in southeast of Bahia de Todos Santos, Baja California, México, spanning a period from March to October 1988. The longshore sand transport is estimated according to Seymour and Higgins. The results show that the direction of longshore sand transport is strongly influenced by the seasonal variation of the wave arriving angles. The mean daily net transport is about 400 m
