| description abstract | This paper provides guidelines for choosing software to develop multimedia educational and training applications. It classifies five levels of application interactivity and considers them as the basis for software categorization. The paper illustrates fully interactive application development through an object-oriented interfaced-based simulation exercise in the area of construction equipment. It finally closes with further considerations for development software based on organizational needs and market analysis. | |
