| description abstract | A Gill propeller anemometer transfer function of the form 1 + (2πLv/?)P is used to describe the difference in spectra of vertical wind velocity fluctuations over sea as measured by Gill propeller and sonic anemometers. Best fits to nine individual comparisons result in L = 1.94(±0.10) m and P = 2.49(±0.11), differing from previously published estimates. | |
