description abstractFor some droplet distributions, explicit numerical techniques are inadequate for the purpose of integrating the differential equations governing droplet growth through condensation. Efficient solution of these equations is proposed by use of previously derived results combined with an implicit scheme especially designed to deal with stiff systems.
