description abstractIn Germany, differential GPS surveying has been used as a common measuring tool since 1983. Although there were some test measurements during the first year, GPS applications are now in a normal production phase. Some of the engineering applications presented are: (1) Trigonometric networks; (2) combination with azimuths; (3) determination of heights; and (4) control of subsidences.
