| description abstract | A method of measuring the mean velocities and turbulence intensities in a rotating wake behind a turbomachinery rotor is developed. The method utilizes three stationary hot wires located in three coordinate directions. The signal is processed through analog-digital converter unit and the digital computer to derive three-dimensional velocity and turbulence intensity profiles across the wake. | |
