description abstractThe morphology of the gamma prime phase was correlated with the mechanical behavior of Waspaloy sheet at 1000–1400 deg F. “Overaging” eliminated time-dependent edge-notch sensitivity and produced a change in the dislocation motion mechanism from shearing to bypassing the gamma prime particles.
