description abstractIn plane kinematics there is in general in a given position of the moving plane one point J in this plane (the acceleration pole) which has the acceleration zero. Moreover, if A ≠ J is a point in the moving plane, the angle γ between AJ→ and the acceleration AA→j of A does not depend on the choice of A. We give in this paper a generalization of this theorem to spatial motions.
