description abstractA new method has been developed to derive the 10 Hackmüller conics going through the four Burmester points of five positions of a moving plane, and each going through another virtual center of rotation. The calculation and graphical construction of the Burmester points in this paper are based upon this development. The calculation itself has been translated into the ALGOL computer-language and is available at the University of Eindhoven.
