description abstractA Method is developed for the exact calculation of the two-dimensional potential flow about two bodies, either or both of which are lifting, in nonlinear-unsteady flight. No restrictions are placed on either the body shapes or their motions. Pressures, forces, moments, and vortex-wake shapes are determined by applying a surface singularity method step by step in time. Calculated results for a variety of flow situations are presented.
